**Position Responsibilities:**

**People Leadership**

+ Lead a team of technology Software Engineers, Quality Engineers and IT Business Analysts across multi-squad, regulatory, or other cross-cutting initiatives.
+ Mentor your team to continuously develop and grow technical and non-technical skills through mentorship, training and providing opportunities within the program.
+ Foster team engagement and build an impactful team.
+ Performance management including (but not limited to) clear expectation setting, tactical and stretch goal setting, performance evaluations and development strategies.
+ Recruitment and onboarding for technology team members.
