KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, develop, and manage the Engineering team by setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring achievement of departmental objectives.
Promote a culture of operational discipline, urgency, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Own manufacturing process performance, ensuring standardization, stability, and capability to meet quality and productivity targets.
Maintain critical documentation such as work instructions, process sheets, and specifications.
Lead NPI projects, ensuring successful product launches from prototype to full production.
Coordinate tooling, equipment, and validation activities, delivering key outputs such as PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow on time.
Support quality issue resolution (defects, scrap, rework, customer complaints) and implement effective, sustainable corrective actions.
Drive improvements in key metrics such as FPY, Yield, and defect reduction.
