Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role
We’re hiring an Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing full-stack teams delivering end-to-end product experiences across UI and backend services. Level will be determined based on candidate experience and impact, with an expectation of being ~20% hands-on (as needed) while scaling team execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead and grow engineering teams ( ~6–10 engineers per team ; EM typically owns one team , Sr. EM may own multiple teams )
Drive end-to-end delivery from product discovery to production, ensuring predictable execution on scope, timelines, and quality
Partner with Product , Design , and Business stakeholders to translate goals into a clear roadmap and execution plan
Implement and continuously improve Agile practices to increase delivery cadence and transparency
Build and scale full-stack systems (UI applications, AP...
