Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Salisbury
Salary: £54,000 - £56,000
Shift: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with 24/7 leadership responsibility across days and nights)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager or Engineering Shift Lead to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market‑leading bakery manufacturer with over 180 years of heritage, supplying major UK foodservice and retail customers.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a multiskilled engineering team, driving reliability, improving asset performance, and ensuring engineering excellence across a fast‑paced manufacturing site.
