Engineering Manager – Victoria, London – Up to £65,000

Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing the delivery of hard services across a prestigious commercial building in Victoria, Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager, Technical Manager, or Contract Manager with a strong building services background to take ownership of a flagship site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all mechanical and electrical services, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing specialist contractors, managing budgets, and supporting capital projects across the building.

The role would suit someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and previous experience managing engineering services within a high-profile commercial environment.
