ITJ is a binational US‑Mexican company that builds Software Centers of Excellence in Latin America. We serve fast‑growing high‑value market sectors, particularly the Bio‑Med Tech industry, working with innovative medical device companies looking to improve people's lives.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Current university students (availability for a 6‑hour workday from Monday to Friday) or recent graduates in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Location: Must be able to work on‑site daily at our Tijuana office (Blvd. Salinas 10485, Aviación).
• Skills & Interests: A strong passion for IT, development or testing.
• Languages: Strong English proficiency (binational environment).
• Documents: U.S. Visa and Passport are a plus.

Location & Schedule

Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico (100% On‑site). Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 2:00PM (6 hours/day).
