Manufacturing Industry Recruiter

NextStep Recruiting has a fantastic manufacturing client who needs an experienced Recruiter / Sourcer for an immediate contract to cover a leave of absence.

Candidates should have:

• 3+ years of strong manufacturing industry or similar industry experience recruiting for engineering types
• Strong sourcing skills to develop and build a pipeline of candidates, strong full-cycle relationship building to move the pipeline along to the hiring stage, and successful closing
• Strong ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
• Great communication skills

Our client does prefer this contractor to be in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market and to go into the office, hybrid weekly or on occasion. However, they will consider remote-based only as well if need be.
