Key Responsibilities
: Lead and oversee the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of large turbine compressors and other rotating equipment. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Supervise and coordinate on-site overhauls of large turbine compressors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements. Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams and field technicians. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and service providers. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in rotating machinery maintenance. Manage budgets, resources, and manpower for maintenance projects. Conduct training and mentorship programs for junior engineers and technicians.
