This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to play a key role in driving reliability, supporting continuous improvement and leading a well-established engineering team.

The successful Engineering Team Leader will split their time between hands-on maintenance and leading the shift engineering team, ensuring plant reliability, supporting production and driving engineering standards across the site.
