The Role:
Our Young facility is seeking a Part-Time Enrolled Nurse at our North Turramurra Facility.
As an Enrolled Nurse you will:
- Provide assistance and support to the Registered Nurse with the below:
- Provide nursing care in accordance with consumer’s care plan
- Participate in consumer care consultations in collaboration with SCC staff, allied health, medical practitioners and consumer representatives.
- Complete documentation pertaining to the provision of consumer care.
- Communicate critical information regarding consumer’s condition, needs and preferences.
