Conduct thorough physical examinations and use diagnostic tools (endoscopes, audiometry, imaging) to evaluate patient conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, both surgical and medical. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and other specialists when multidisciplinary care is required. Provide postoperative care, monitor recovery, and manage complications. Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and recovery plans. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations.
