Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for leading and expanding Tier1 Telco accounts, driving revenue, building relationships and ensuring HPE solutions add tangible value to customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned Tier1 Telco accounts or a portfolio of large accounts.
- Own the overall customer relationship and engagement strategy.
- Develop new business contacts, cultivate C‑level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Interact with experts and middle‑level managers within customers to influence decision‑making.
- Represent HPE’s portfolio of products and services concisely, highlighting key advantages.
