As an Enterprise CSM, you don't just manage accounts. You own Vainu’s most complex, high-value partnerships. You will work with the best Nordic accounts and prospects, participate in RFIs and RFPs, and actively seek new opportunities within these accounts. For the largest accounts, you have a team behind you.

Key Details

• Location: Helsinki (Siltasaarenkatu 8-10).
• Work Model: Hybrid. Initial 6-month focus on in‑office collaboration; then 2‑3 days/week in the office. The role includes regular face‑to‑face meetings with our customers.
• Compensation: Monthly base salary (depending on your seniority): € 4,500 – € 6,000. On top of the base salary, we pay quarterly commissions (based on your quarterly portfolio size and net retention rate). On‑target commissions are between €10,000 and €25,000 per quarter.
