You will be the Enterprise Performance Program Manager for the MFC Enterprise Performance (EP) Excellence team. This role is responsible for establishing standardized approaches for program measurement, risk management, and opportunity management across MFC.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Enterprise Performance Program Manager you will be responsible for leading Work Stream 1 (WS1) and shaping its operations within a matrixed environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Establish the concept of operations for WS1 interfacing with accelerating programs.
+ Lead strategic coordination and stakeholder engagement to advance WS1 priorities.
+ Communicate WS1 progress and accomplishments to executive leadership.
