Requirements:
3 years in enterprise application delivery/analysis or Windows application packaging/deployment in a customer-facing technical role
- Proven experience delivering enterprise applications at scale (e.g., endpoint management, VDI, or similar enterprise delivery contexts)
- Deep understanding of Windows app behavior and OS internals (registry, file system, services, environment variables, profiles, permissions)
- Strong scripting/automation to support packaging, testing, and diagnostics
- Advanced troubleshooting: reproduce issues, isolate variables, interpret logs/traces, design experiments, and perform root-cause analysis across application, OS, and network layers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with developers, testers, admins, and customers
- Operates independently with a methodical, solution-oriented approach; partners with engineering to create minimal repros, validate fixes, and verify releases
