POSITION OVERVIEW:



The Enterprise Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Boston Public Schools’ core enterprise technology systems. This role supports the management and integration of identity and access management systems, Google Workspace, Active Directory, endpoint management platforms, single sign-on, and enterprise security tools. Working as part of the Enterprise Systems & Security team, the Enterprise Systems Administrator plays a key role in ensuring system reliability, security, and operational continuity. This position is designed to promote shared ownership of critical systems, reduce single points of failure, and build redundancy across the team through cross-training, documentation, and collaborative support.
