We‘re a fast-casual restaurant chain with 50 outlets across 4 cities, growing 100% year-on-year. Over the next 3 years, we‘re going from 50 stores to 200. That‘s not a plan on a deck — it‘s actively happening, and the only thing standing between us and that number is whether we can build the systems to support it.

What this role actually is

You‘ll work directly with the founder on 0-to-1 projects across the business. Real examples of what‘s on the table in the next 12 months:

• Designing and rolling out a new daypart strategy across 50+ outlets
• Building the hiring and onboarding system that takes us from hiring 5 store managers a month to 15
• Cracking food wastage from x% to under y% across the chain
• Setting up the playbook for entering 2 new cities
