About the Role
Reports To: Plant Manager
Job Summary:The EHS Manager will develop, implement, and manage all environmental, health, and safety programs and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and compliance with all applicable local, regional, and international regulations (e.g., OSHAS, ISO, RBA). This role is a key leadership position, responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, identifying potential hazards specific to electronics manufacturing, and driving continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility maintains full compliance with all relevant EHS laws and regulations, including those specific to hazardous materials handling in electronics manufacturing (e.g., Restriction of Hazardous Substances - RoHS directives).Program Development & Implementation: Develop, write, implement, and manage EHS policies, procedures, and programs such as hazardous waste management, emergency response planning, LOTO...
