Job Description
Environmental Quality Audit - 100% of the following inspection units: entrance and lobby, lift cars, planter boxes and containers, porches, pavement, aprons, sidewalks, external game courts, carpark, driveway, hard standing, loading and unloading bay, field, gardens, side tables, bin centre / bin chute.
- 50% of the following inspection units: classrooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, laboratories, offices, staff rooms, special rooms, rooftop, common staircase / landings / steps / common areas, toilets, external compound and handrails.
- During each Environmental Quality Audit, representatives from the appointed IFMC shall be present.
- To validate that the appointed IFMC cleaning and disinfection standards are in compliance with the ES Programme as mandated by NEA for all sites.
