• Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Environmental, or Science discipline.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in EHS Management.
• Strong expertise in EHS principles, compliance, and operational practices.
• Proven leadership skills with experience driving change and managing project teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, including across international stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with national and global teams.
• Flexibility to travel frequently between two plant locations in South Africa.
