Sodexo is seeking an **Environmental Services Manager 2** for UNC REX Healthcare located in Raleigh, NC that will oversee a team of 25-30 on **2nd Shift (2:30pm start time)** with some oversight of **3rd shift as needed (5pm)** . This role has a **second shift rotating weekend** with some holiday coverage. UNC REX is a 500-bed, 1 million square foot healthcare facility that operates within the UNC Health system. This facility is the second largest unit within the system. The Environmental Services Department oversees 150+ team members across 3 shifts. This role will support all aspects of custodial services including outpatient and Cath Lab cleaning and floorcare, along with payroll, hiring, and scheduling among other duties. **The ability to be bilingual in Spanish would assist in managing this workforce.**
