We are looking for a motivated HSE Coordinator to join our manufacturing site in Taree. If you have a bit of experience in a factory or industrial environment and you’re passionate about keeping people safe, we want to hear from you. And even if you don't have all the certifications yet!

We will provide the mentorship and support to help you become a safety professional.

What the job looks like:

Working on the floor and in the office, you will be the go-to person for site safety:

- On the tools: Conduct safety walks and checks around the plant to spot hazards.

- People person: Run site inductions for new starters and chat with the team during toolbox talks.

- Admin support: Keep our safety records, training files, and incident reports up to date.
