As a Chef Manager, you will lead food service operations at our senior living site, combining strong culinary expertise with leadership and customer service excellence. This role may include weekend work as part of a rotating roster.
The role will be responsible for:
- Menu planning and daily production of the menu
- Online ordering, monitoring of catering supplies and stocktaking
- Leading the team to ensure compliance with company and client requirements including the coordination of functions
- Management of the quality assurance programme
- Training and mentoring of onsite staff to grow capability
- Providing great customer service and encouraging the team to do the same
- Administration and management of operating margins
