KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day-to-day overall management and operational oversight of the estate.
• Establish and implement the estate’s operational framework, site controls, and governance mechanisms.
• Set up and manage estate administration systems, documentation controls, logs, reporting formats, and monitoring tools.
• Monitor compliance with estate regulations, development controls, and operational guidelines.
• Oversee estate-wide technical operations and maintenance requirements covering common areas, shared infrastructure, utilities interface, and support facilities.
• Coordinate the inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of estate assets, infrastructure, and operational systems.
• Lead the management of all estate-related service providers, contractors, and outsourced vendors.
