JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a strong background in customer experience design, product management or digital transformation ideally from telecommunications, digital or fast-paced consumer industries.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, customer centric mindset and collaboration across multiple business units.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advocate for the customer by ensuring all initiatives align with the customer experience strategy.
• Define and optimize the episode experience by identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Drive cross functional collaboration with product, marketing, IT,network and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
