About the job Epitaxy Analytics Senior Staff Engineer

• Analytical Technical Key expert in term of both process & hardware analytics; ability to analyze the epitaxy film characterization and Epitaxy surface analysis through application of semiconductor metrology & analytical tools
• Responsible to set-up and monitor line of defense, ensure measurement quality including tool to tool matching and stability.
• Support epitaxy process control and trouble shooting in terms of analytics expertise
• Co-work with cross function including process development, equipment team, production team, process integration and other functional/supporting team to ensure smooth operation
• Early involve in epitaxy development, set-up/ transfer &analytics recipe / procedure, buyoff and qualification of new process / equipment
