Position Summary Rittal and EPLAN are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized social media & communications manager to lead and execute integrated communications across digital and traditional platforms.

As an individual contributor, this role owns the planning, creation, and deployment of compelling content that supports field marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, product launches, and internal/external marketing communications.

This position serves as the subject matter expert and lead executor for social media strategy, sales enablement communications, copywriting, and marketing content creation for both Rittal and EPLAN in North America.

The ideal candidate is equally skilled in content development, project management, and digital platform management, with a proven track record of translating business goals into impactful messaging that drive engagement and awareness.
