EPM Solutions Architect

Location: El Salvador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panamá

Job Purpose

Lead the design and delivery of financial technology solutions that drive performance, efficiency, and standardization across the organization. Own the end‑to‑end financial systems architecture, from design and implementation to continuous improvement.

Support key systems for Planning and Budgeting (Oracle PBCS), Consolidation (FCCS), Regulatory compliance (IFRS, SOX), and management reporting.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintains cutting‑edge knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Performance Management solutions (Oracle ARCs, PBCS, FCCS Data Management, and Insight Software), business intelligence‑related technologies, and business processes.
