Purpose of the Role:

The Epoxy Flooring Installer is responsible for the professional preparation, application, and finishing of epoxy and other resinous floor coatings. The role ensures high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction on all flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation:
• Assess and clean concrete surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
• Repair cracks, joints, and damaged sections of flooring.
• Grind, sandblast, or shot-blast surfaces where required.
• Mixing and Application:
• Accurately mix epoxy and other resin systems according to manufacturer specifications.
