Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive implementation projects for improvement opportunities by applying automation
• Identify and collect improvement ideas focusing on digitalization and process improvement
• Develop and maintain reports by collecting, cleaning data, developing calculations, publishing, and analyzing results
• Support controls to assure data quality
• Analyze and optimize processes to eliminate inefficiencies
• Calculate Team Productivity and maintain the internal Q&A Tool
• Maintain and improve daily team dashboards
