Job Description

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as HQ AFMC principal advisor for both the Affirmative Employment Program (AEP) and the Disability Program (DP). This position is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive program to ensure EEO for all civilian personnel. This position champions a comprehensive command climate by proactively identifying and eliminating barriers to the life cycle of employment opportunities through annual data-driven analysis. Responsibilities Serves as HQ AFMC Affirmative Employment Program (AEP) and Disability Program strategic program manager. This role is responsible for the architecture and execution of AFMC's AEP and DPM functions.
