We are looking for an Equipment Project Engineer to lead end to end equipment and automation projects supporting new product launches, capacity expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment, processes, and production lines are ready for mass production with optimal performance, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

New Product Introduction (NPI) & Production Readiness

• Develop and industrialize processes for new product launches, including setup of machines, equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and facilities.
• Plan and execute machinery acceptance activities (FAT / SAT) prior to mass production release.
• Ensure line and process readiness through risk assessments, work instructions, inspection standards, and control plans.
