• To conduct trainings via classroom and field sessions for specific crane equipment.
• To train and instruct company employees, in safe and efficient use of crane equipment along with safe operating procedures.
• To educate trainees on potential causes of accidents / damages / safety hazards within the operations area.
• To ensure related KPI’s are met and take responsibility in effectively utilizing time and resource to deliver courses.

Other requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation and training skills.
• Proficiency in English, with experience in multiple languages preferred.
• Experience in different Cranes related to ports.
