SUMMARY
Mortenson is hiring an Equipment Solutions Manager-Civil to support our growing Structured Cabling Group. This role partners with other Equipment Solutions Managers to provide leadership and project assistance.
Location: Minneapolis, MN (in office 5 days/week)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and organizing owned equipment, storage, and tooling related to the Structured Cabling and DAS industryEquipment planning and scheduling with internal project teams, equipment solutions teams, and 3rd party vendors Large inventory management Financial forecasting and budgeting Rental software contract management Equipment logistics planning Vendor relations Understanding of construction equipment maintenance, opportunities, constraints and requirements Establish improved efficiencies and process improvement plans for warehouse and equipment yard using 5S strategies
