The supervisor covers sick calls and enters corrections into Etime for missed punches, guarantees the staging area does not become clogged with outbound food or glass carts or clean equipment racks, logs machine temperatures every two hours to ensure machines reach target temperatures, and troubleshoots small equipment problems.
