I am currently recruiting for two experienced HR Advisors (ER Advisors) to join my client's team on a 4-month temporary basis, providing expert support across a wide range of Employee Relations matters. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with strong ER experience who can confidently manage complex casework and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include; Provide end-to-end support in a variety of Employee Relations cases, including: disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness absence.
