A leading Automotive OEM is looking for candidates for the role of Employee Relations for their manufacturing plant.
Qualification : MBA in HR from reputed Instt or MSW or Masters in PMR
Experience : 4-7 yrs
Role Lifecycle Management of Team Members including Hiring, joining, exit, career progression, conversion from flexi to contract to regular etc. Managing Female Contingent Workforce - Instructional support, Personal Hygiene, Disciplinary issues, POSH compliance, workplace concerns etc Shop floor ER Management - Fortnightly Meetings, JH Activities, Grievance redressal for assigned Sections ER Health Index & IMS - Monitoring of monthly index, Review of Quarterly index etc. Desired Candidate Profile
