Lead overall esports planning, budgeting, and project management for the Philippines.Design and execute annual esports calendars (e.g., national leagues, qualifiers, and other local competitions).Manage operational workflows, including registration, tournament logistics, team communications, and on-site event delivery.Coordinate with vendors, production houses, event agencies, and other external partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.Collaborate with marketing, influencer, and creative teams to grow esports visibility and drive participation.Align closely with regional esports and marketing leads to ensure consistent standards and best practices across markets.Oversee community tournaments, grassroots initiatives, and third-party tournaments to strengthen the overall esports ecosystem in the Philippines.
