Responsibilities：

• Field service execution inc. EV &ESS battery diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
• Service campaign execution under the instruction of HQ.
• Lead regional service agents’ task assignment, supervising, and technical support.
• Support of work order submission of regional service agents.
• Effectively meet customer needs, front-end build proactive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
