What You Will Be Working On - Manage car parks operations to ensure smooth running, orderly parking and parking needs of residents & motorists are met.
- Implement car park improvement works and programmes.
- Manage stakeholders and customer feedback and ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
What We Are Looking For - Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Operations & Case Resolution: Possess strong, pragmatic problem solving and analytical skills to manage cases and resolve issues.
- Customer Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage customers/residents/motorists’ feedback/expectations.
