Salary: £26,437 Per annum

Estate Operative Main Duties:

Ensure the delivery a high quality and efficient void clearance service by removing all goods, items of furniture and floor coverings as directed, leaving the property in a tidy manner and ready for the next phase of the voids and lettings process.
Ensure duties are undertaken in line with daily task schedules provided.
Ensure that standards of work are delivered to a high standard to maximise efficiency of the clearance process.
