Paradigm Ironworks (Riverside, CA) is hiring an Estimating Coordinator (Trainable) to support structural steel estimating. This is a growth-track role for someone organized, accurate, and dependable. We work off checklists and deadlines — follow-through matters.
What you’ll do:
- Organize bid files: plans/specs/addenda and keep folders clean
- Perform takeoffs in Bluebeam (we can train the right person)
- Build a scope checklist: what’s included, what needs clarification, what’s missing
- Help assemble proposals: scope bullets, exclusions, assumptions, alternates
- Track RFIs/clarifications and bid due dates
