Estimator – COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION Our client is looking for an experienced estimator with a focus on multifamily housing (student housing is acceptable) to help develop competitive bids and support project growth. This role offers a strong opportunity to lead in a high priority business line and influence scope and cost strategies from the ground up.

What You'll Do as the Estimator – Commercial Construction:

• Review architectural and structural drawings and specifications to compute accurate cost estimates
• Perform quantity take offs and create detailed bid breakdowns
