This Estimator role focuses on delivering accurate, measurement-based cost estimates for large, complex construction projects from conceptual design through construction documents. You will prepare detailed cost plans and feasibility studies, provide cost advice and value engineering options, and work closely with design teams and project stakeholders throughout all project phases. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, develop robust cost databases, and grow into client-facing responsibilities within a collaborative, consultancy-driven environment.
Responsibilities
