Ethics Management
•Drive adherence to the Code of Conduct and all
applicable supplementary policies within the group.
•Liaise
with and have oversight of the conflicts
of interest system with external provider and provide accurate and timely
reports as required.
•Address non-compliance with the Code of Conduct,
including supporting minor forensic investigations to resolve issues
effectively.
•Manage
declarations of interests, conflicts of interest, and gift disclosures,
including maintaining accurate registers with HR.
