Role purpose

Hands-on EUC Engineer working alongside EUC Engineer 1 on VDI build, Enterprise Browser deployment and mobile management configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Island.io Enterprise Browser policies, profiles and tenant settings.
• Configure mobile management — Apple Business Manager, Managed Apple ID, ADE into Intune.
• Author and configure thin-client baseline (Igel OS).
• Support pilot waves and production deployment as engineering hands-on resource.

Required experience and qualifications

• 3+ years EUC engineering with hands-on experience across one or more of: Enterprise Browser, Intune, Apple Business Manager, thin-client OS.
• Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints.
