Job Description
Step into the educational sphere as the Assistant Director at Eureka!, working part-time and transitioning to full-time to help lead summer programs. This role focuses on administration, curriculum oversight, and team management.
The Assistant Director will work directly with the Director to gain experience in leadership, managing key tasks such as writing grants and scheduling from January through April. From May to August, you’ll take on full supervision of staff, handle administrative responsibilities, and engage with the camper community through workshops and camps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and submit grant proposals for funding
• Manage summer staff hiring and scheduling
• Lead staff in administering summer programs
• Develop and oversee educational curriculum
• Facilitate solutions between instructors and campers
