- Execute the role of Evaluation Lead within assigned projects and PMs for all client enquiries.
- Support the Technical Solution Lead during the project acquisition phase by defining evaluation approach and deliverable requirements.
- Consider lessons learned, best practice, and know‑how from previous projects.
- Define and organize the evaluation approach and sequence of activities upon contract award, creating a breakdown work structure.
- Request and coordinate qualified personnel as required for evaluation performance.
