Lead Event Logistics and Project Management: Coordinate all event details, including venue selection, catering, and transport, while establishing clear timelines to ensure all project milestones and event deadlines are met.
Collaborate with Stakeholders and Vendors: Act as the primary lead for cross-functional alignment and manage relationships with third-party vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
