Our client is a highly respected organization at the heart of New Zealand’s design community. They run Australasia’s largest annual showcase of excellence across graphic, digital, motion, product and spatial design.

They are searching for an exceptional Events Administrator to join their small, dynamic team.

This is a permanent full-time role based at their office in Newmarket, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • End-to-end coordination of events across the annual calendar
  • Budget management, ticketing, venue liaison and supplier coordination
  • Sponsorship relationship management and stakeholder communication
  • Development of social media and EDM campaigns
  • On-site delivery including pack in/pack out and post event reconciliation and administration
